In January 2013, Mr. Black founded Transaction Advisors, a technical journal that provides perspective on deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, finance, and other critical issues that impact corporate and private equity transactions.
Transaction Advisors was inspired by the Harvard Business Review, The McKinsey Quarterly, and other technical journals that draw on the world’s leading experts to advance and develop professional practice.
